Welcome to VIP Theme Park Trips. By booking services through our agency, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before purchasing any travel planning, ticketing, concierge, or vacation-related services.

Services Provided

VIP Theme Park Trips provides vacation planning and concierge services for destinations including, but not limited to:

​

  • Walt Disney World Resort

  • Disneyland Resort

  • Universal Orlando Resort

  • Universal Studios Hollywood

Services may include:

​

  • Vacation planning

  • Hotel recommendations

  • Dining reservations

  • Itinerary assistance

  • Ticket coordination

  • VIP experience planning

  • Transportation recommendations

  • General travel support

VIP Theme Park Trips is an independent travel planning service and is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Disney, Universal, or any third-party resort operator unless specifically stated.

Payments & Deposits

 

 

All payments, deposits, and service fees must be paid in full by the stated due date.

  • Certain bookings may require non-refundable deposits.

  • Prices are subject to change until reservations are confirmed.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or reservations.

VIP Theme Park Trips reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations without notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

 

Refund eligibility depends on:

​

  • supplier policies,

  • ticket restrictions,

  • hotel cancellation rules,

  • and the timing of cancellation requests.

 

Many theme park tickets, special event tickets, VIP experiences, booking deposits and promotional packages are non-refundable.

VIP Theme Park Trips service fees, planning fees, and consultation fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Travel Insurance

 

 

Clients are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance coverage if desired.

VIP Theme Park Trips is not responsible for:

  • trip interruptions,

  • weather events,

  • illness,

  • airline delays,

  • natural disasters,

  • park closures,

  • ride downtime,

  • or unforeseen travel disruptions.

Third-Party Suppliers

 

 

VIP Theme Park Trips works with third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, transportation companies, ticket providers, and theme park operators.

We are not liable for:

​

  • acts or omissions of third parties,

  • schedule changes,

  • cancellations,

  • overbookings,

  • service interruptions,

  • or supplier-related issues.

All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.

Client Responsibilities

 

 

Clients are responsible for:

​

  • verifying travel dates,

  • reviewing reservation details,

  • ensuring all traveler names are accurate,

  • maintaining valid identification and travel documents,

  • complying with park rules and regulations.

VIP Theme Park Trips is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

​

​

Limitation of Liability

 

 

VIP Theme Park Trips shall not be held liable for:

​

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • loss of enjoyment,

  • missed reservations,

  • transportation delays,

  • weather-related issues,

  • supplier failures,

  • or circumstances beyond our control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to VIP Theme Park Trips for services rendered.

Intellectual Property

 

 

All content, branding, logos, graphics, itineraries, and materials created by VIP Theme Park Trips remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Privacy Policy

 

 

Customer information is used solely for travel planning and booking purposes. We do not sell or intentionally distribute personal information to unrelated third parties.

Information may be shared with travel suppliers as necessary to complete reservations and provide services.

Changes to Terms

 

 

VIP Theme Park Trips reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
